AT1 Supraspinous Myofascial Separation Cervical

Supraspinous Fascial Separation: Sitting at the head of the table place the middle or index fingers just below C7 on the fascia over the spine and move slowly up in a headward direction, working the scar tissue within the fascial layer. This same motion can be repeated on the lateral edge of the ligamentus fascia. Now perform myofascial stretch horizontally across the fascia by crossing the midline over the spine with a gentle but continual pressure using the middle finger of the opposite hand to track the skin. Begin the movement approximately one half inch from the spine at C7. Stretch each level then repeat from the other side.
